Amanda Macchi, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University. She joined the clinical team at NEFA in September 2024 and brings a wealth of experience in both mental health and forensic settings. Amanda specializes in the treatment of individuals with problematic sexual behaviors, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs. Prior to joining NEFA, she worked extensively in correctional facilities, where she provided direct mental health services and led teams as the head of mental health departments. Her diverse background supports her commitment to fostering meaningful progress and positive change in her clients’ lives.
